WILLIAMS DERRICK – MD/CEO

Williams is a man on the move. An entrepreneur, event pundit, activation and communications expert, he has extensive leadership experience across a spectrum of organizations and businesses. His managerial abilities have produced the optimal balance of strategic direction, resource allocation, and team building and these have been critical to fostering efficiency and competitiveness in the organizations that he has worked for. He is a well-presented, highly personable and efficient events organizer with an ability to work independently in a dynamic and multi-tasking environment with numerous and competing deadlines. He has a strong customer service orientation and delivery focus as well as active commitment to continuous improvement and quality standards. He has excellent communication skills and feels comfortable to work in a fast-paced, hands-on, growth orientated work environment. With over the sixteen years’ experience, he has served as a communications, activation, event, artist, team building, media, logistic and operations consultant to the private and public sectors all across Nigeria. He has conceptualized, produced and managed many high profile communications, private, public and social events in Nigeria. He also holds an MBA from a prestigious institution and is a member of Event Market Nigeria/Event Industry Nigeria.

 

 

KIKELOMO WILLIAMS – Executive Vice Chairman

Kikelomo is a multi-talented professional with over 15 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, and Experiential Marketing. Her experience spans Consulting and the Real Estate sectors. She combines her hands-on experience with ability to integrate strategy and project plans. She keeps her eyes on delivery by focusing on ensuring that continuous improvement is achieved throughout the implementation phase while injecting innovative ideas and exceptional leadership.She collaborates effectively with the teams and manages the overall activities towards the achievement of organization’s vision. In an end-to-manner, she has practises working on projects from strategic development to tactical implementation, minding human and material resources, and combining same with an approach that minimises hitches and guarantees results. She can be best described as the project’s team member with the bird’s eye view.

 

 

 

ANTHONY OKELEKE – Head of Marketing

Andrew has over fourteen years of experience in Sales and Business Development, Marketing Communications, Brand Management, and Customer Relationship Management. He has worked in these areas both at operational and strategic levels in Banking, Real Estates, and Fast Moving Consumer Goods. Besides having a strategic grip of projects, he is also a tactical expert, driving teams and resources to work in sync towards the achievement of stated project objectives.

 

 

 

 

 

MOUTO CHRISTY – Head of Administration

Christy is a natural lover of events and a multi-tasker. And she has garnered quality experience on the field and through freelancing. She brings this wealth of experience to WKA Brand Empathy, where she manages the office to ensure there are no gaps in operation. She holds a first degree in Sociology with a strong desire to be accomplished in Event Management, Administration and Customer Service. Before joining WKA Brand Empathy, she has worked in private and government offices. Christy is also a keen follower of trends and events and she brings valuable insights to the WKA table based on this.

 

 

 

 

 

OKON ASUQUO – Head of Operations & Logistics

As the business entails movement of people and materials around the country, Okon’s keen eyes for detail keep logistics going smoothly. Combined with excellent communication, emotional intelligence and people management skills, Okon takes on projects with utmost confidence, leaving no stone unturned, and this has resulted to 100% satisfaction by clients. OkonAsuquo holds a BSc degree in Environmental Science from the University of Calabar. He likes cooking and Web surfing.

James is the guy with an eagle’s eye and a fast learner. Dependable, daring, and hungry for success, James works closely with CEO to ensure that there are no implementation gaps between the CEO and the team. He provide solid support for the company’s logistics operation.
